Rhone uses a prepaid USD balance for gateway-managed model usage, explicit billable tool charges, and hosted workspace runtime. BYOK usage stays vendor-billed.
Gateway-managed inference

- Observability, routing, and platform enforcement stay server-owned

BYOK and tools
Separated cleanly
- BYOK model usage is billed directly by the connected vendor account
- Built-in tools debit the balance only when they emit explicit billing metadata
- Non-billable tool activity still appears in analytics without reducing prepaid credit

Workspace catalog pricing is listed here for planning and appears in billing statements when hosted workspace runtime or suspended retention is settled.
